o   Established 99-NGO coordination platform in Cambodia.

o   Managed and coordinated international programs:

- Director of the EU malaria project in Laos

- Regional Coordinator for the World Health Organization (Asia-Pacific)

- Regional Coordinator with the Asian Development Bank (Mekong region).

       Current professional involvements

o   Acts in the Asia-Pacific region as a consultant for various international organizations (World Health Organization, EU, SPC, AusAID, etc.)

o   Expert to the Global Fund in Geneva (TRP member).
