Viria graduated from Stanford University and worked as a Teaching Assistant for Stanford's Social Entrepreneurship class for 2 years. Viria was awarded the Deans' Award for Academic Accomplishment for her strong leadership commitment to public service.
She worked for IDEO.org as a Community Manager, managing its social impact platform, designed and implemented workshops for MBA graduates and representatives from foundations interested in using design thinking methodology to tackle poverty related challenges in developing countries.
After IDEO.org, she joined Ashoka Thailand and spearheaded the efforts to support Universities in Thailand with social entrepreneurship education.
Viria established the Ashoka Thailand partnership with Thammasat University where she currently works to help create a social entrepreneurship campuswide ecosystem through the GLab.
