Before pursuing academic profession, Dr. Phithaksak had been working in Thailand’s leading broadcasting companies for over ten years as a scriptwriter, programme producer, and on-air presenter.
Today, he enjoys teaching and conducting research on digital journalism; technological citizenship; mediated participation; media literacy; misinformation and disinformation.
He has also had the pleasure of supervising students researching a wide variety of communications and media-related subjects located in varied national and transnational contexts.
