As a lecturer and an Innovation consultant, Pisate Virangkabutra is also known as Ajarn Jett. His international experience includes teaching Innovative thinking at local and international universities, as well as providing innovation consultation and capacity building for the private and public sectors with a Human-centered design approach. His expertise is in the areas of Service Design, Design Thinking, Toy and Play Design, sustainability, and Product Development.
Projects he worked on include a Tourist train service design for SRT and service design for the National Knowledge Center. Design thinking training for the public sector which includes NESDC, OPDC, OCSC, DES, and Innovation lab research with UNDP. The private sector clients include Siam motors, DTAC, MQDC and PepsiCo
