CONGRATULATIONS! Rambler, a start-up led by Nipitpon (Built) and team members, Korakoch (Ice), Palinee (Benny), Pimlapat (Patt), and Suchat (Tem) students from SGS (School of Global Studies, Thammasat University), has won the first runner up in the national round of SCG Bangkok Business Challenge (BCC) 2021 at Sasin Business School. The team will continue to compete in the global round as Thailand’s representatives. BBC is one of the most prestigious startup competitions and Asia’s Longest-Running Global Student Startup Competition. The competition was open for all levels of university students including undergraduates, graduates, and PhD. This year, there were more than 60 teams from all over Thailand joined the competition and only 5 teams made their way to the global round.
Rambler is a social enterprise that aims to connect organic farmers with consumers in the city. The team found the pain point of the consumers that healthy organic drink was still lacking in the market, while farmers also wanted to find a channel to sell organic local vegetables and fruits. Therefore, Rambler came up with the idea of “GreenSmooth”, an organic smoothie freshly blended and sold through an automatic vending machine. Rambler is committed to not only make people healthy by serving organic smoothies but also helping local farmers and improve the environment at the same time.
Winning this competition is the beginning of their journey to make this business start-up happen. Their vision is to make people healthy by becoming a part of everyone’s drink. Please help support their dreams! #Rambler #GreenSmooth #Organic
