Assistant Professor Dr. Prapaporn Tivayanond Mongkhonvanit, Dean, School of Global Studies, Thammasat University, recently delivered the opening speech at the National and International Academic Conference entitled “Creating a Share-Valued and Innovation for Sustainability,” which was held on-site and online on January 18, 2023.
The 2-day hybrid conference, which was co-hosted by Thammasat University’s School of Global Studies, Siam University’s Graduate School of Business, and SUSS College of Interdisciplinary & Experiential Learning, has attracted approximately 200 applicants from around the world, engaging in some of the most pressing issues of our time and explore how innovation and shared values can be applied within our communities.
This is the third year in which the School of Global Studies has collaborated with the Singapore University of Social Science and the Siam University MBA program. The highlight of this year’s event was having the Chair of Harvard Business School MOC (Asian Regional Chapter), Professor Kenneth Paul Charman, conduct a Workshop on Shared Values for our participants.
The School of Global Studies would like to thank Dr. Pornchai Mongkhonvanit, President of Siam University, Associate Professor Dr. Jomphong Mongkhonvanit, Vice President and Dean of the MBA Program, Siam University, Dr. Teerakiat Jaroensettasin, Chairman of the Governing Board, The Newton Group, Mr. Vijak Sethsput, AMD at National ITMX, and representatives of universities across the region, partnering organizations for making this event successful.
