The Circular Innovation Challenge is an online event that aims to help young people become the thought leaders and change-makers of tomorrow. We invite all who are passionate about solving environmental challenges to join this event and potentially win the prize of 100,000 Thai Baht.
You will have the opportunity to attend workshops and listen to industry experts from global organizations such as Indorama Ventures, the SDG Lab, the School of Global Studies at Thammasat University, UNDP, UNICEF, and SEAMEO-SEPS, to develop the team’s idea.
The application period is open until June 10, 2022. Let’s join to create regional innovation solutions for a clean & sustainable society!
We are searching for youths who are:
1. Are aged between 16-30 at the time of application
2. Have 3-5 members in the team (at least one English speaking member is required, as the workshops will be run in English)
3. Are open-minded and eager to learn new things
4. Wish to implement ideas to tackle social problems in your country and the region Eligible countries include – Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
So, let’s form a team of 3-5 members to contest your idea in one of two prizes:
1) the Circular Economy and Social Innovation Prize (100,000 THB)*
2) the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Prize. (100,000 THB)*
*Prize estimated in a local currency on May 17, 2022: 66,500,000 Vietnamese Dong, 42,200,000 Indonesian Rupiah, 11,600,000 Cambodian Riel, 150,000 Philippine Peso, 12,500 Malaysian Ringgit

Ideation Bootcamp – July 9 & 10
Idea submission – July 23
Alumni Showcase, Mentorship, and Pitching (for finalists) – August 6 & 7
